1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Pegotec Pte. Ltd.
160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Centre
Singapore 068914, Singapore
E-mail: info@pegotec.net
The controller is established in Singapore, outside the European Union. Where you access this website
from the EU, we process your data in accordance with the GDPR.
2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our
content, or where you have given your consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR
(consent) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
3. Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, the web server automatically collects information transmitted by your
browser (server log files), in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved
- volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
- referrer URL, browser type, browser version and operating system
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically
error-free operation and delivery of the website and in ensuring IT security. This data is not merged
with other data sources in order to identify you.
4. Cookies and consent management
This website uses cookies. We use the consent management tool CookieHub to obtain and
manage your consent. CookieHub stores your choice so that it can be respected on subsequent visits.
Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
All non-essential cookies — in particular those used for analytics — are set only after your express
consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time
with effect for the future via the cookie settings.
5. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited,
Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It is integrated via the Google Site Kit plugin
(measurement ID: G-BMX0R03GBF).
Google Analytics is only activated after you have given your consent. We use Google
Consent Mode: before consent is given, all storage purposes (analytics_storage,
ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to “denied”, so no
cookies are set and no identifiers are stored. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to
Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDG.
Access by logged-in users is excluded from measurement. In the context of Google Analytics, data may
also be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. For transfers to the USA, Google relies on
the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses pursuant to
Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Further information is available
in Google’s privacy policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Fonts
This website uses the “Open Sans” and “Roboto” typefaces. These are served
exclusively from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established and
no data — in particular not your IP address — is transmitted to Google.
7. Security (Wordfence)
To protect against attacks and misuse, we use the Wordfence security software. Security-relevant
events, including IP addresses, are logged in order to detect and prevent attacks. The legal basis is
Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the security and integrity of our systems.
8. Contacting us by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (in particular your e-mail address, name
and the content of your message) solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is
Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR or, where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Your data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention
obligations apply.
9. Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by
statutory retention periods. Server log files are automatically deleted or anonymised after a short
period.
10. Your rights

Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right under Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a
complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your
